Balomania is due to be released commercially in theaters in Brazil in the first quarter of 2025.

Balomania has been nominated for several Robert Awards – the Danish Film & TV Awards held annually at the end of January. Directed by Sissel Morell, the film continues its extensive festival journey since its world premiere at CPH:DOX in March. After screening at numerous festivals such as DocsBarcelona, the Sydney Film Festival, and the Vancouver International Film Fest, it celebrated its U.S. premiere on November 16 at NYDocs.
