New production in development When I Was a Terrorist by Mayte Carrasco and Marcel Mettelsieffen has been selected for Hot Docs industry meetings in Toronto in May.

The documentary series is one of 36 projects selected to be pitched in one-on-one meetings with financers at this international television marketplace.

Hot Docs Deal Maker has selected the most compelling projects from 19 different countries and territories for these pre-organized virtual meetings with over 90 key decision makers, commissioning editors and other film financers.  Hot Docs Deal Maker will take place online from May 6 to 19, 2021.
