When documentary comes to your home town, well that’s a date not to be missed! This year’s DocsBarcelona Festival and Industry Activities take place from 18th to 28th of May at various venues across the city.
Executive producers from the PSF documentary team; Marieke van den Bersselaar and Carles Brugueras, are both collaborating on this year’s Campus Labs programme. The programme consists of year-long mentoring of selected projects through individualized tutorials and group workshops with leading professionals in the sector. Topics such as pitch strategies, audiovisual rights, soundtrack, marketing or international distribution, among others, are addressed. During DocsBarcelona 2023 festival the participants take part in a four-day face-to-face. Marieke is a tutor on this year-long development lab and Carles will be on the panel of experts during the pitch workshops.
