Your time means big business! Prize-winning director Cosima Dannoritzer brings us Time Thieves, an eye-opening investigation into how time has become big business,
how ‘time poverty’ is on the rise; and, how the more we try to save time, the less we have.
For the Catalan Member of Parliament Fabian Mohedano this time poverty is what is spurring him into action, in Time Thieves he astutely observes that, “inequality can also be measured by the amount of free time available to us” and we see in the film how he is fighting to change historic differences in Spanish working hours that have set it apart from the rest of Europe.
We’re delighted to announce that Fabian Mohedano will be joining the director Cosima Dannoritzer for the Q & A session after the World Premiere of Time Thieves this Friday 18th of May at the international documentary festival DocsBarcelona.
